Dr. Francesca J. Fusco joined our practice in May of 2022, bringing to it more than 20 years of experience practicing medical and aesthetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she oversees Dermatology Clinics, training dermatology resident physicians. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She has co-authored scientific articles published in peer-reviewed medical journals and is the author of a book chapter on The aging face and skin: Common signs and treatment in Volume28 (1) of Clinics in Plastic Surgery edited by A. Matarasso and S. L. Matarasso.
Dr. Fusco obtained her MD degree from New York Medical College and completed her internship in pediatrics at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York City and her dermatology residency at New York Medical College, serving as Chief Resident in the third year of her residency.
